● Webstore Merchandise: All online purchases of apparel, collectibles, board games, accessories, and other merchandise are final. We do not accept
returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for change of mind or accidental purchases.
● Digital Items & Gift Cards: All sales of digital products, downloadable content, and physical or digital gift cards are final and non-refundable.
● Cafe Bookings & Event Tickets: All table reservations, PC/console gaming lounge time blocks, tournament entry fees, and special event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates or times.
Exceptions (Damaged or Defective Items)
The only exception to our “All Sales Are Final” policy is if an item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing or shipping error.

● Please include your order number and clear photographic proof of the damage.
● If approved, we will, at our sole discretion, issue a replacement or a store credit. - Account Registration and Security
