2nd Edition is a brigade/division level model of the Russian invasion of Germany in August and September of 1914. The design is a revision of the original 'The Cossacks are Coming!' (People's War Games 1982). Based on the 3rd edition Death of Empires rules system the five scenarios include an introductory scenario, three individual battle scenarios (Gumbinnen, Tannenberg and First Masurian) and a campaign game scenario.
